Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- Create and curate engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics) aligned with brand voice and audience preferences.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (traffic, engagement, CTR, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance user experience (UX) and landing page performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to expand reach.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or HubSpot.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are highly advantageous.
