Nexgen is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Supervisor KOL Strategist to lead our influencer engagement initiatives. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's presence, managing high-impact campaigns, and building long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across diverse platforms.
As our Supervisor KOL Strategist, you will oversee the full lifecycle of influencer marketingāfrom conceptualization and talent scouting to campaign optimization and performance reporting. We are looking for someone who understands the pulse of the digital landscape in Indonesia, can leverage data-driven insights to maximize ROI, and possesses the leadership skills to mentor a high-performing creative team. Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive KOL marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and campaign KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including talent identification, outreach, negotiation, and contract management.
- Lead and mentor a team of KOL specialists to ensure high-quality content delivery and timely campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (Engagement Rate, CPM, ROI) to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging influencers to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Social Media, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Maintain a database of high-performing influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital advertising, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian digital landscape and familiarity with various influencer tiers (Mega, Macro, Micro, and Nano).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and social media management platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex analytics into strategic recommendations.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
