As our Content Specialist, you will have the creative freedom to experiment with new formats, collaborate with the marketing team to drive engagement, and ensure our brand voice remains authentic and impactful in the competitive Jakarta market.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Manage end-to-end production, including concept development, scripting, shooting, and post-production (editing).
- Produce high-quality photography and videography for food-related content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and content best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative campaigns that integrate Islamic values with culinary content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro).
- Strong storytelling skills with a deep understanding of current social media trends in Indonesia.
- Keen interest and knowledge in the culinary industry.
- Ability to demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of Islamic content and brand values.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Able to work on-site in Jakarta Selatan.
