Responsibility
- Assist the Store Supervisor in the daily operational management of the store.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Lead and mentor junior store associates to meet daily sales targets and performance metrics.
- Execute visual merchandising strategies according to corporate guidelines.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve feedback to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Oversee cashiering processes and ensure accurate daily cash handling.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership potential with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
