Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Support the store supervisor in training and mentoring new team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in conducting regular stock checks and coordinating with the warehouse team for timely replenishment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance leadership and operational skills.
- Contribute to creating a positive and motivating work environment for all staff members.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Leadership potential with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
