Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Support the store manager in training and supervising staff to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets through effective merchandising and promotions.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in regular training sessions and development programs to enhance leadership and retail skills.
- Assist in conducting stock takes and managing inventory levels to minimize losses.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among team members.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
