Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Support the store supervisor in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high performance and customer service standards.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in conducting regular stock checks and coordinating with the warehouse for replenishment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company initiatives.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities by setting a positive example for team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role (fresh graduates with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
