Responsibility

  • Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Support the store supervisor in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high performance and customer service standards.
  • Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in conducting regular stock checks and coordinating with the warehouse for replenishment.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and in-store promotions to drive sales.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related industry (fresh graduates with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team.
