Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Support the store supervisor in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high performance and customer service standards.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in conducting regular stock checks and coordinating with the warehouse for replenishment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and in-store promotions to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related industry (fresh graduates with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
