Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales.
- Support the store supervisor in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance leadership and retail skills.
- Monitor store performance and contribute to strategies for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for retail and customer service with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Previous retail or supervisory experience is a plus.
