Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Learn to manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise displays to optimize store aesthetics and sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries, handling feedback, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Supervise and mentor part-time and full-time staff to ensure peak operational efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to meet or exceed store targets.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and security regulations at all times.
- Handle cash management, daily reporting, and administrative tasks required for smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Possess a strong passion for the retail industry and a drive for professional growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong leadership potential with a 'can-do' attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with retail management software.
