Responsibility
- Complete a structured training program covering all facets of retail store operations.
- Support store management in daily administrative tasks and team scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with company standards regarding merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer inquiries effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Learn to effectively lead, coach, and supervise junior store associates.
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety protocols to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Hokkien is an advantage).
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive learner with a 'can-do' attitude and a desire for career progression.
- Physical capability to handle inventory and stand for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
