Responsibility
- Shadow store supervisors to understand daily operations, store opening/closing procedures, and shift scheduling.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise displays to optimize sales performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Support the store management team in executing promotional campaigns and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the store premises.
- Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas for operational efficiency and staff engagement.
- Gain proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and retail back-office reporting software.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree holder in any field (Retail Management or Business Administration is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1-2 years of retail experience are encouraged to apply.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and problem-solving capabilities.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
