Responsibility

  • Undergo comprehensive training on daily store operations, customer service standards, and inventory management.
  • Assist the Store Manager in supervising floor staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring product availability and attractive visual merchandising.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer inquiries or issues effectively.
  • Assist in driving sales performance to achieve store targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales and inventory reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong leadership potential, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
