Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily operations and maintenance activities at the rail test centre, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize asset reliability and minimize downtime.
- Oversee a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor rail system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international rail safety standards (e.g., ISO, EN, or equivalent) and company policies.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for maintenance projects, optimizing cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to enhance operational safety and performance.
- Prepare and present technical reports, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in rail operations, maintenance, or infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in leading maintenance teams for rail systems, rolling stock, or similar heavy machinery.
- Strong knowledge of rail safety regulations, maintenance frameworks (e.g., RCM, TPM), and quality management systems.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Familiarity with digital maintenance tools (e.g., CMMS, IoT sensors, predictive analytics) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia or commute to the Badung region as required.
