Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultation to students and parents regarding study abroad options, including university selection, course recommendations, and career pathways.
- Assist students with the visa application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to address student concerns, academic goals, and financial planning for studying overseas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international universities, colleges, and educational institutions to stay updated on admission requirements and scholarship opportunities.
- Organize and participate in education fairs, webinars, and workshops to promote study abroad programs and attract prospective students.
- Prepare and review application materials, including personal statements, recommendation letters, and academic transcripts.
- Track student progress from initial inquiry to enrollment, providing continuous support and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that highlight the benefits of studying abroad.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Business, or a related field. A background in counseling or student services is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in student counseling, education consulting, or a similar role, preferably in the international education sector.
- In-depth knowledge of visa regulations, application procedures, and requirements for popular study destinations (e.g., Australia, UK, USA, Canada, Europe).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple student cases simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, etc.) is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or student management software is a plus.
