Responsibility
- Oversee daily studio operations, including class scheduling, facility maintenance, and resource allocation to ensure smooth functionality.
- Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team of instructors, administrative staff, and student assistants to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and student experience.
- Manage student enrollments, inquiries, and feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to organize workshops, events, and community programs.
- Monitor budgetary performance, track expenses, and optimize resource utilization to meet financial targets.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for compliance, audits, and strategic planning.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and inspiring studio culture that aligns with the organization’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Arts Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in studio, center, or operations management, preferably in an educational or creative industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, staff, and partners.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with studio management tools.
- Passion for education, arts, or community development, with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
