Responsibility

- Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with organizations to identify specific OSH training needs and customize programs accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support to participants on implementing OSH measures in their workplaces.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant progress.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in occupational safety and health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an OSH trainer, speaker, or consultant.
- Strong knowledge of OSH regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Certification in OSH (e.g., OSH Practitioner, Safety Officer) is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the Bicol Region for training sessions.
- Proficiency in using multimedia tools and platforms for training delivery.
