Responsibility
- Deliver one-on-one and group tutoring sessions in Mathematics, Physics, and/or Chemistry for students at various academic levels.
- Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each studentâs learning style, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with school teachers and parents to align tutoring efforts with classroom curriculum and learning objectives.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods, including interactive tools, real-world examples, and problem-solving techniques to enhance understanding.
- Prepare students for exams, competitions, and standardized tests with targeted practice and revision strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of student attendance, progress, and areas of focus for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and incorporate best practices into tutoring sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelorâs Degree (S1) in any field (Education, STEM, or related disciplines preferred).
- Proven ability to teach Mathematics, Physics, and/or Chemistry at a high school or university level.
- Age 32 years or below (as per requirement).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and build rapport.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to break down complex concepts into understandable lessons.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching with a student-centered approach.
- Familiarity with Indonesian and/or international curricula (e.g., Cambridge, IB) is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to assigned locations in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
