Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of student support programs to enhance learning outcomes.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular updates to parents and educators.
- Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with students and parents.
- Collaborate with tutors to develop personalized learning plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, study groups, and extracurricular activities to foster a holistic learning experience.
- Assist in the preparation of educational materials and resources for tutors and students.
- Conduct student feedback sessions to gather insights and improve program effectiveness.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing student engagement and success.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Education, Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to support student development and success.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with educational strategies and student support techniques is a plus.
- Willingness to commit to the internship duration and adhere to the company’s values and policies.
