Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for streaming service subscribers.
- Resolve technical issues related to account access, billing, and content streaming.
- Assist customers with subscription management, upgrades, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Deliver personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or technical support.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with streaming platforms and digital entertainment services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for mobile and web applications.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
