Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure advantageous pricing
- Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast material requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
- Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of sustainable sourcing practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous
