Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces to ensure optimal workflow.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Label and store products in designated areas using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with team members to load and unload delivery trucks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (training provided for certified machinery).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed.
- Basic English proficiency; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial.
