Responsibility
- Manage and execute procurement processes, including request for quotes (RFQ), purchase orders, and vendor contracts.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely restocking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, budgets, and forecasts to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiations and contract management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or logistics industry procurement is a plus.
