Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen partnerships between healthcare providers, government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations.
- Identify and cultivate new collaboration opportunities to address population health challenges, such as chronic disease prevention, maternal health, and health equity.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, pilot, and scale innovative health programs tailored to local needs.
- Analyze health data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and measure the impact of partnership initiatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between JobStudio and external partners, ensuring alignment on goals, resources, and deliverables.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and business cases to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships, adjusting strategies to maximize outcomes and sustainability.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and policy discussions to advance our mission.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, partnership development, or program management within the healthcare sector.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government entities, NGOs, and private sector partners.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting health data, market research, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in project management, including budgeting, timeline development, and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with population health trends, health equity issues, and sustainable development goals (SDGs).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
