Responsibility

  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic business plans to drive company growth and profitability.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with operational goals.
  • Prepare and present strategic reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or consulting, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
