Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic business plans to drive company growth and profitability.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with operational goals.
- Prepare and present strategic reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, providing insights and adjustments as needed.
- Support the development of business cases and investment proposals for new projects or expansions.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and strategic thinking.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or consulting, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools, market research techniques, and data analysis software.
