Responsibility
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth market, financial, and operational analyses to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track organizational health and strategic initiative progress.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments (Finance, Marketing, Operations) to align strategies with business objectives.
- Data Visualization: Create compelling reports and presentations for executive stakeholders using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Competitive Intelligence: Research industry trends, benchmark against competitors, and propose data-backed recommendations.
- Scenario Modeling: Build financial and operational models to evaluate the impact of strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in strategy, consulting, or business analysis, preferably in education or EdTech.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and extract meaningful patterns.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills for reports, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
