Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders to inform solution design.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, workflows, and functional specifications for IT and operational teams.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proven expertise in business process modeling, UML, BPMN, or similar frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for diverse audiences.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Six Sigma are highly advantageous.
