Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic pricing models to optimize cost efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and demand forecasts to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage import/export documentation, compliance, and customs clearance processes.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain and pricing strategies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning, pricing analysis, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with logistics software and supply chain management tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
