Eigerindo Multi Product Industry is a leading lifestyle brand in Indonesia, and we are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Strategic Management Officer (SMO) to join our corporate strategy team in Bandung. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our organizational success by monitoring, reviewing, and optimizing the execution of our corporate strategy.
As an SMO, you will act as a bridge between high-level leadership goals and daily operational performance. You will be responsible for ensuring that all business units are aligned with our long-term vision, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and providing actionable insights to senior management. Responsibility
- Develop and monitor the execution of corporate strategy across all business departments.
- Track, analyze, and report on company-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitate strategy meetings with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on organizational goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to design and implement strategic initiatives and improvement plans.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Identify potential risks to strategic objectives and recommend mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a significant plus.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or performance management.
- Strong understanding of strategy frameworks (e.g., Balanced Scorecard, OKRs) and business analysis tools.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
