Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support business transformation initiatives.
- Identify potential risks and anticipate resistance, creating mitigation plans to ensure project success.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate the 'why' behind organizational changes and maintain buy-in.
- Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the readiness of the organization for new systems, processes, or structures.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members on new operational methodologies.
- Track progress against change adoption metrics and provide regular reporting to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical implementation and human-centric adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in change management, consulting, or project management roles.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead change without direct authority.
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana).
- Proven ability to analyze complex organizational data and translate it into actionable strategy.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a 100% remote environment while maintaining high productivity levels.
