As a Change Consultant, you will act as a bridge between strategic vision and operational execution. You will work closely with our diverse clientele to design change management frameworks, foster stakeholder buy-in, and ensure seamless transitions during business scaling or process restructuring. Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support business transformation initiatives.
  • Identify potential risks and anticipate resistance, creating mitigation plans to ensure project success.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate the 'why' behind organizational changes and maintain buy-in.
  • Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the readiness of the organization for new systems, processes, or structures.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members on new operational methodologies.
  • Track progress against change adoption metrics and provide regular reporting to project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical implementation and human-centric adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in change management, consulting, or project management roles.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead change without direct authority.
  • Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana).
  • Proven ability to analyze complex organizational data and translate it into actionable strategy.
  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a 100% remote environment while maintaining high productivity levels.
