Responsibility
- Lead the annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasting processes to support organizational goals.
- Perform deep-dive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate new business ventures and project profitability.
- Collaborate with department heads to track departmental KPIs and ensure budget adherence.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and executive presentations for the Board of Directors.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting accuracy and process automation.
- Analyze variance reports to provide meaningful insights into operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA/CFA) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and taxation.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English to bridge the gap between finance and operations.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential financial data.
