Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using digital or manual systems.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Organize and store materials in designated areas, ensuring easy retrieval and optimal space utilization.
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Prepare and process orders for delivery, including picking, packing, and labeling.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to replenish supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Generate reports on inventory status, movements, and variances for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role.
- Proven ability to use inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Excel).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 20-25 kg) as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics are advantageous.
