Responsibility
- Operate and manage warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to handle incoming and outgoing shipments safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate receiving, storing, picking, and packing of materials using SAP WMS to ensure inventory integrity.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Report non-conformances, damages, or shortages to supervisors and document all incidents in compliance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with logistics coordinators to prioritize orders and meet delivery deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations to create a zero-accident workplace.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization by organizing materials and maintaining a clean, orderly work environment.
- Assist in training new team members on warehouse procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics.
- Proficient in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Certification in forklift operation or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to coordinate with local and international teams.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles and supply chain processes.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand/walk for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain certifications are advantageous.
