Responsibility
- Support the development and implementation of engineering solutions to enhance manufacturing and logistics processes.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and supply chain teams to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Assist in the design and optimization of workflows, equipment, and systems to boost productivity and reduce costs.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to track performance metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline operations and support scalability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives by identifying eco-friendly practices and materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain management (internships count).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process optimization methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, CAD software, or logistics management tools is advantageous.
- Passion for sustainability and continuous improvement in operational processes.
