As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring our team meets sales targets through coaching and motivation. You will play a key role in executing brand strategies while ensuring every customer receives world-class service.
Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and coach store staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures, including cash management and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct regular cycle counts to minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain high-standard visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines to maximize product appeal.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze store performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve store profitability.
- Schedule staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in retail supervision or store management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.
- Deep passion for the sports and lifestyle industry.
