Are you a retail leader with a passion for sports and excellence? Sports Central (Manila), Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Store Supervisor to join our team at SM Daet. As a key leader on the floor, you will be the driving force behind our store's success, ensuring that every customer receives a world-class shopping experience while maintaining the high operational standards that our brand is known for.
In this role, you will lead a team of dedicated retail staff, oversee daily store operations, and ensure that our diverse range of sporting goods is displayed to maximize sales impact. We are looking for a hands-on supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, has an eye for visual merchandising, and possesses the leadership skills to coach and inspire team members to hit their targets.
Responsibility
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, staffing schedules, and floor supervision.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure the highest level of customer service excellence, resolving customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to ensure the store remains visually appealing and brand-compliant.
- Monitor inventory levels, execute stock replenishment, and coordinate with the warehouse team to manage deliveries.
- Conduct regular team briefings, product training, and performance coaching sessions for retail associates.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the retail industry, preferably in footwear or sporting goods.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a proven track record of driving sales performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a high-traffic environment.
