Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and peak performance.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor retail staff to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including replenishment, stock rotation, and regular cycle counts.
- Execute visual merchandising directives to create an engaging and shopper-friendly environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with a high level of professionalism.
- Monitor store compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Strong background in sports retail or fashion apparel is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse team dynamics.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic MS Office applications.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven sales environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
