Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards to attract and retain customers.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of retail management software and inventory systems is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
