Responsibility
- Lead and supervise store staff to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee store merchandising, visual displays, and promotional activities to enhance brand appeal.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local retail laws.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
