Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of store associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure product availability while minimizing waste.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Track sales performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Coordinate with regional managers to execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and operational initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, loss prevention measures, and POS system protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail supervision or management, preferably in convenience stores or FMCG.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software, MS Office) and numerical aptitude.
- Fluency in English (additional fluency in Indonesian or Balinese is a plus).
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is advantageous.
