Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of store associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure products are stocked, rotated, and displayed according to company standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Track sales performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct regular audits to prevent shrinkage, ensure accuracy in transactions, and uphold company policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in a convenience store or similar fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and corporate teams.
- Basic computer literacy, including POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
