Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of store associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Track sales performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with regional managers to address operational challenges and improve store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role, preferably in a convenience store or FMCG environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
- Proven ability to drive sales, control costs, and optimize store profitability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous.
