Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of store associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock levels to minimize waste and maximize product availability.
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management, sales reporting, and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or retail management is advantageous.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store success.
