Responsibility

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of store associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock levels to minimize waste and maximize product availability.
  • Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster growth.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management, sales reporting, and POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
