Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure products are stocked and displayed attractively.
- Handle cash management, including opening/closing registers and reconciling daily sales.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure the store meets health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional strategies and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to handle cash management, inventory control, and sales reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer literacy.
