Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of store associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure products are stocked, rotated, and displayed according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Track sales performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of cash registers, inventory, and store equipment to prevent losses and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to execute promotional campaigns, new product launches, and store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail or FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic financial reporting.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
