Responsibility

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of store associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure products are stocked, rotated, and displayed according to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Track sales performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits of cash registers, inventory, and store equipment to prevent losses and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic financial reporting.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
