Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of store associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance and inventory.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
