Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of store associates to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained and stock is replenished in a timely manner.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling store staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales reporting.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
