Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Train and mentor store staff to maintain high service standards and product knowledge.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and coordinate with the logistics team for stock replenishment.
- Implement promotional strategies and visual merchandising to boost sales.
- Monitor store compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and customers effectively.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and operational challenges.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management tools.
