As a Store Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, mentor a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional service standards across our stores in Baliâs most vibrant locationsâCanggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of store associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the regional manager to implement promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
- Train and develop staff through coaching, performance reviews, and skill-building workshops.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment that reflects the brandâs identity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail, F&B, or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and operational efficiency.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, Excel, email) and familiarity with inventory management.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Passion for customer service and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Bali (preference given to candidates already based in the target areas).
