Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, resolving customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor and manage store inventory, including stock levels, merchandising, and product displays.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
